Fun + creative events to inspire students to grow with the flow of yoga!

School Holiday Yoga | Tweens

Looking for something new for your tween to try these school holidays? How about a refresh and reset before they head back to school for Term 3? Then join us for school holiday yoga!

The focus of these two school holiday sessions is to explore the polarity of yin and yang yoga and how the practices of each can support us to restore balance in our everyday experiences.

Week 1 - 6 July - Yin
In this class, students will have an opportunity to experience the therapeutic benefits of a more restorative yin flow. Students will be invited to turn their attention and intention inward, as we explore meridians, mindful movement, meditation, and self-care. Please bring a cushion or pillow and a throw blanket to support your poses. A warm jumper and socks are also recommended for an extra snuggly class.

Week 3 - 13 July - Yang
In this class, students will be guided through a more active vinyasa flow that includes breath work, sun salutations, and poses that cultivate heat, strength, and confidence. No props required. Mats provided.

Open to new and existing students, these classes are beginner-friendly - no prior experience necessary.
